Meeting for Third Burden Lake Private Property Owners with Boat Launches
May

Meeting for Third Burden Lake Private Property Owners with Boat Launches

  • 8 Brook Spring Avenue Averill Park, NY, 12018 United States (map)
  • Google Calendar ICS

The Burden Lake Conservation Association (BLCA) and the Burden Lake Property Committee (BLPC) are joining forces to bring you an important and required meeting regarding the boat launches on your property.

Meeting Details:

Date: Tuesday, May 30

Time: 7:00 PM

Location: BLCA Clubhouse

At this meeting, we will address the modern challenges associated with maintaining a boat launch and discuss crucial topics such as lake preservation, potential risks like lake mussels, and the importance of responsible usage. It's essential that we all work together to protect our beloved lake and ensure its longevity for future generations.

One of the key objectives of this meeting is to recognize and certify the grandfathered status of the Third Burden Lake boat launches. By self-regulating and ensuring compliance with established guidelines, we can preserve the unique character and heritage of these boat launches. Obtaining grandfather certificates will help us maintain a safe and environmentally conscious boating community.

We encourage all Third Burden Lake private property owners who have a boat launch on their property to attend this meeting. Your presence is required to gain important insights, stay informed about the latest developments, and actively contribute to the well-being of our lake community.

To sweeten the deal, the BLCA Boat Launch Committee will be providing beverages and draft beer during the meeting. It will be a great opportunity to connect with fellow lake enthusiasts, share experiences, and exchange ideas.
